established and implemented practices that we believe are consistent with the
highest standards and best practices of organizations doing business on the
Internet. This privacy policy ("policy") describes the practices that
apply to our travel product, including, specifically, the information we
collect about you, when and how we collect that information and what may happen
to that information.

information like your name, e-mail and mailing address and telephone number
("Personal Information") without your knowledge and permission

* JET Travel and Tours will allow you to view, correct or remove
your Personal Information and other information associated with your Traveler
Profile as a user of our travel product
* JET Travel and Tours will take reasonable steps to protect the
security of the Personal Information we collect from you
Other Information
You may choose to provide
other information about yourself and your travel preferences, such as,
preferred seat selection, airline/hotel/car-rental loyalty or awards program
membership numbers, special meal requests and ticketing options. We will use
this information to automatically record your travel preferences in
reservations you confirm and to provide more appropriate travel recommendations
to you. Travel Preferences allow us to customize the information we return to
you so that your favorite services and companies are considered for inclusion.
You may use our travel product to search for and purchase travel services even
if you do not share this type of information with us.
Traveler Profile
Once you register, you
will be able to reserve and purchase travel services through our travel product
in part using information contained in your Traveler Profile. To do so, you
must provide payment information consisting of credit card number, expiration
date, cardholder name and billing address. We will keep a history of all your reserved
and purchased services through our travel product.
How We Use Your Personal Information
Personal Information such
as your name, telephone numbers, personal travel preferences and credit card
information is provided to airlines, car rental companies, hotels and other
travel suppliers when necessary to obtain travel service availability and
rates, and to complete a reservation or finalize the purchase of a travel
itinerary. JET Travel and Tours does not warranty the way your Personal
Information is used by travel suppliers to whom this information is provided.
We use your email address to notify you of purchase confirmation and additional
correspondence in regards to your travel plans. Personal Information may also
be provided to support personnel as necessary to ensure the integrity and
operation of our travel product.
Sharing of Personal Information and Disclosure
Other than as explained
in this policy, we will not disclose any Personal Information we collect from
you to others without your permission, except in certain limited circumstances:
(a) to protect the
security of our travel product and our rights under Terms and Conditions of
Use;
(b) to protect ourselves
against liability;
(c) in response to legal
process;
(d) if we believe in good
faith that the law requires it;
(e) in connection with a
sale of our business or company; or
(f) in connection with
governmental security initiatives.
Other Travelers
If you decide to reserve
or purchase travel services for other travelers under your registration, we
will collect certain Personal Information about these travelers. You need to
ensure each of these other travelers agrees to allow you to disclose their
Personal Information. If you create an individual Traveler Profile for another traveler,
we will retain their Personal Information under your travel product account
along with your Traveler Profile.
Security
Whenever you use our
travel product, you are automatically signed in securely unless you choose
otherwise. All your transactions are protected by powerful Secure Sockets Layer
(SSL) encryption technology supported by Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0, 5.0,
Netscape and other popular browsers.
Whenever personal or financial information is transmitted via the
Internet, JET Travel and Tours utilizes the leading security technology on the
Internet known as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. SSL protects the
confidentiality of personal and financial information shared between the user
and JET Travel and Tours by encrypting the data during transmission. SSL
encrypts your credit card number, name, address, and phone number before they
travel over the Internet.
Travel Purchase Information
JET Travel and Tours
collects the billing address of the credit card that is used to purchase travel.
We will also collect credit card information, including card number, card type,
cardholder name, and expiration date, in order to bill you for travel purchased
through our travel product.
Your Consent
Use of our travel product
means you agree to the collection and use, as defined in this Privacy Policy,
of information made available through this product. Changes to our privacy
policy will be posted on this page so you are always made aware of the
information we collect, how it is used and when and to whom it is disclosed.
Use of Cookies
Cookies are small bits of
information that are stored on your computer by your web browser to help
establish a future connection. Cookies allow our travel product server to
recognize you on subsequent logins, correctly provide you with the information
you request based on preferences you establish and to authenticate your
authority to access the travel product. In addition, Cookies are used to
maintain session information during a transaction and to enhance security.
Cookies and authentication software enable us to:
* Recognize you as a unique user, saving you from going through
the log-in process each time you visit the travel product
* Identify where you are in a purchase transaction in progress
during a session
* Obtain usage information about the way you prefer to use our
travel product, allowing us to improve the ease of use in future versions
* When completing your user Registration, you have the option to
select either (1) Remember my Username and Password, (2) Remember my Username
only, or (3) Do not save my Username or Password. A Cookie is saved when you

Our Legal Obligations
JET Travel and Tours may
be required by law to disclose information you have provided in obtaining our
travel products or services. JET Travel and Tours may also disclose information
against someone who poses a threat to the travel product's interests (such as

JET Travel and Tours
contracts with other highly reputable third parties to support the travel
product and your purchases on it; to communicate with you via email; and to

From time to time JET
Travel and Tours travel product may link you to other Web sites that do not
operate under our travel product's information privacy practices. When you
click through to these Web sites, our travel product's information privacy
practices no longer apply. You will be responsible for examining the privacy
statements for all third party Web sites to understand their procedures for
collecting, using, and disclosing your information.
